UCW is seeking to appoint 'place-based', community service operations managers who will collaborate in co-designing and implementing our new people centred service delivery model/s. These challenging and highly rewarding roles will see you lead our team to create communities where everybody enjoys a life of belonging, hope and purpose.

Working in partnership with a pro-active team, you will plan, develop and lead the delivery of a fully integrated suite of services in a specified location. Your strong leadership will ensure that UCW is engaged with the local community in identifying and designing a fit-for-purpose service mix that strategically meets its needs and contributes to improving lives.

To be successful in the role you will need to show:

  • experience in community engagement and development, with a focus on building strong partnerships;
  • exceptional team and stakeholder relationship building, collaboration, support and management (internally & externally);
  • highly developed operational management, resource stewardship and financial acumen;
  • highly attuned skills in implementing, monitoring and reporting on outcome and service impact measurement; and
  • Significant experience in the effective co-design and delivery of integrated community services.

You must be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance (or have one that is less than six months old), and have a current C class driver's licence for this position.

Commencement of this role is envisaged for late January 2018.
