We hope that you enjoy being part of our community. UnitingCare West is keen to receive your feedback about any aspect of our work and organisation. Feedback can be provided via social media, email, phone, fax or post using the details below.

Our aim is to raise awareness about social justice topics and be a source of information for the community. You can help by being positive and constructive with your posts. Please treat others with consideration.
Please take specific note that content should not include any of the following: Profanity; material that is libellous, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, profane, abusive, offensive, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
By giving as much detail as you can about your problem or query, staff will be able to respond with the appropriate information. For example a specific service and the location and what it is you specifically need.
Be careful with personal details
Please be mindful not to publish any personal details, other than your name. If we need any more personal details, we will ask you to privately send us these details – this ensures only UCW can access them. Your details will be treated confidentially.
Don’t believe everything you read
Please remember that other people commenting on UCW social media pages are giving individual accounts based on their own experience. UCW is NOT responsible for comments made by the general public, only for its own posts and comments.
Respect the administrator
Please do not argue with the administrator’s decisions to remove posts. The administrator’s decision is final. If you wish to discuss the administrators decision please private message us.
Disrespecting others – including individuals, businesses and organisations
UCW reserves the right to delete posts and comments which are campaigning against or abusing other companies, organisations or individuals.
We want people to feel comfortable about posting their questions and answers on our social media pages. Swearing, abusive language and threats will be deleted.
Don't post the same message multiple times across the platform. Duplicated posts will be removed by the UCW administrators. Please also refrain from posting spam such as advertisements for other web sites and services, or other commercial solicitation; chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
Inappropriate or illegal material
Any posts with profanities, racist, sexist, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or pornographic content in them will be deleted. Any posts which contain illegal material will also be removed. Any posts with a link directing users to any information or content that, if posted on the forum, would constitute a violation of the “UCW User Guidelines & Conditions” will be deleted.
Don't post personal details
Please do not post any personal information on the forums, either your own or another user, including account number, address, password or credit card number. This also includes email addresses, other contact details and copies of private emails or messages. This also includes the personal details of any UCW employee.
UnitingCare West platform administrators reserve the right to edit or delete any content, posts, messages, links, contacts, references and anything else we deem inappropriate for our social media platforms. Violations of the guidelines outlined here can result in legal action.
